Learn to tell time in a captivating manner with this educational app!
This application offers a diverse range of over 50 exercises focused on both analog and digital clocks. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in reading the clock as well as setting the time. The difficulty of the exercises progresses gradually, beginning with whole hours and advancing to half hours, quarter hours, and beyond. Should you find the tasks too demanding, utilize the Hints button for assistance with time expressions. Moreover, the app includes exercises on elapsed time, such as determining "What time will it be in 20 minutes?" In the concluding category, you can challenge yourself by practicing with an assortment of differently styled clocks.
Furthermore, alongside the multitude of exercises, an experimental mode allows you to visually comprehend the correlation between the clock and the time of day. Watch as the sun and moon move across the sky, illustrating this relationship. You have the liberty to manually adjust the clock hands, observing how the sky changes accordingly and even listen to the time being announced aloud.
This app is designed for children in kindergarten through 3rd grade.
